Vanessa brings nearly two decades of institutional investment experience across credit, alternatives, and strategic investments at Citi, including oversight of a multibillion-dollar alternatives portfolio, to Investature's mission of mobilizing pension and retirement capital toward climate solutions. At Investature, she leads enterprise go-to-market strategy for a climate-data platform, engaging Chief Sustainability Officers to connect sustainability mandates with investable climate vehicles across green bonds, alternatives (venture, private credit, etc), among others. Covering the US and Latin America, and trained at Columbia with an MS in Sustainability Management and through a clean-energy venture fellowship, she pairs deep underwriting discipline with climate fluency, translating technical complexity into fundable, downside-protected decisions trusted by fiduciaries and investment committees.

Santiago Abascal-Mogio
Santiago Abascal-Mogio leads Sustainable Finance sales at Investature, helping Institutional and Private investors measure and reduce the emissions embedded in their portfolios.
He brings 20+ years of Enterprise SaaS experience and spent 15 of them at Bloomberg running enterprise relationships across Asset Management, Insurance, Corporate and Government entities in London and San Francisco. Santi’s path to Climate goes back further with his Urban Project Dev and Topographic Ops training in Madrid, before moving into Enterprise SaaS, and returned to Sustainability formally through OnePointFive Academy's Accelerator and the ClimateBase Fellowship. He holds an Executive MBA in Information Technology from IDE-CESEM Madrid and is based in San Francisco.

She brings more than a decade of experience in sustainability reporting and ESG strategy, having led CDP, EcoVadis, and TCFD/CSRD disclosures for Fortune 500 organizations. Suzanne holds an MBA and an MS in Natural Resources & Environmental Studies from the Erb Institute at the University of Michigan and a BS in Natural Resources & Environmental Studies from Cornell University.
