Strengthen Employee Financial Wellbeing Through Meaningful Benefits
Today's employees expect more from workplace benefits than ever before.
They want financial security, educational support, and opportunities to align their financial decisions with their personal values.
Investature helps People Leaders, HR teams, Benefits Leaders, and Total Rewards professionals create more engaging and impactful employee experiences through investment guidance, financial education, and innovative financial wellness solutions.
Our solutions help organizations improve employee engagement, strengthen financial wellbeing initiatives, and support a workforce that is better equipped to make informed financial decisions.
We Work Inside Your Existing Plan
Investature doesn't replace your recordkeeper or your investment consultant. We work alongside them — coordinating with Fidelity, Empower, Vanguard, Alight, TIAA, or whoever administers your plan today.
We analyze the fund menu that's already in place, recommend sustainable alternatives from your provider's available lineup, and handle the employee communication. Your provider stays. Your plan structure stays. The fund options get better.
Our Fiduciary Position
We act as a 3(21) investment fiduciary — meaning we provide recommendations and your plan committee retains final decision authority. Every fund recommendation is evaluated on risk-adjusted return first, consistent with DOL guidance and the ERISA pecuniary standard.
Our ADV is available on request. We carry fiduciary liability insurance and document every recommendation with the analysis your plan committee needs to make an informed decision.
Why People Leaders Work With Investature
Your employees increasingly expect their benefits to reflect their values, and the 401(k) is the last major benefit where that alignment hasn't happened at scale. Nearly three in four plan participants say they would increase their contribution rate if offered sustainable investment options (2022 Schroders). One in three young adults has turned down a job over an employer's ESG record (KPMG, 2023).
Investature adds sustainable fund options that meet ERISA's financial standard, supports your plan committee with defensible analysis, and educates employees — so you strengthen recruitment and retention without taking on fiduciary risk or switching providers.
This isn't a "nice to have" bolt-on. For companies competing for talent that cares about impact, the retirement plan is an untapped differentiator — and one that costs nothing to improve.

Investature's employee-facing platform gives participants a personalized view of their retirement plan's environmental impact — including a Green Score (0–800) that rates their portfolio's carbon alignment the way a credit score rates their finances. Employees see where their savings are invested, what those investments finance, and what lower-carbon alternatives look like — with AI-guided recommendations and live educational sessions.
Currently available through guided employer partnerships. If you're interested in bringing the platform to your employees, we'll walk you through a demo and scope a pilot together.

FAQs

We help you add ERISA-compliant sustainable investment options to your retirement plan, measure the plan's carbon impact, and educate employees — all without switching providers or adding fiduciary risk.
-
No. Sustainable options are added to the fund menu as choices. Employees who want to align their investments can do so; those who don't can stay in their current funds. No one is forced into anything.
-
One in three young workers has turned down a job over an employer's ESG record. Nearly three-quarters of plan participants say they'd increase their 401(k) contribution rate if sustainable options were available. It's a low-cost, high-signal benefit that resonates especially with the talent demographic most companies are competing for.

The baseline assessment typically takes two to four weeks from kickoff. From there, fund recommendations and employee rollout can move as quickly as your plan committee is ready to act.
